The Little Shuttle Bus is a family-owned and operated business, which opened its doors in 2022. We are located in the eastern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia – close to the airport, Perth Hills, and Swan Valley wineries. Our number one goal is to provide our travelling guests with a reliable, first-class shuttle bus service to and from destinations around the Perth metropolitan area.

The maximum seating capacity is for ten people only. This includes children.
We have three dedicated seats that have certified and approved fittings to ensure the safety of your little ones. The baby or booster seats are suitable for the ages of six months to eight years old. Please advise us at the time of your booking enquiry if a baby or booster seat would be required for your journey.
We have limited space to provide wheelchair access/storage where the wheelchair can be folded down and the guest can be assisted and seated with the aid of another person. We can also provide an additional step to help a person get on and off the bus if required. We do not have wheelchair lifts or hoists in our Shuttle Bus.
We are more than happy to accommodate those who may need to travel with an assistance or guide dog. To ensure we can meet all needs and requirements for you and your companion, please don’t hesitate to speak with us prior to making a booking.
We love the fact we can travel together as a group to whatever event we are attending. They arrive on time for the pick-up, and then they are right there waiting for us for the journey home.

How many buses are in your fleet? Can a booking be made for same day hire?V
As we only have 1 operating bus, unfortunately same day hire isn’t always possible.
If we can assist you in same day hire, we will gladly do so.

Can someone hire your bus for overnight or weekend trips?V
To offer this service, we would require as much notice as possible before the proposed or planned date of the event to ensure the availability of our driver. We would also need to receive a full itinerary in order to provide you with a fair and reasonable quote for your travel plans.
Due to having tailored guidelines in place for this type of request, all arrangements and costs must be discussed with us first prior to a booking being confirmed.
Is your bus available for Swan Valley Wine Tours?V
We are more than happy to take bookings for groups of 6 to 10 people for private, pre-arranged food and wine tours within the Swan Valley and/or surrounding areas.
Due to having tailored guidelines in place for a pre-arranged tour, all arrangements and costs must be discussed with us first prior to a booking being confirmed.
Is a deposit or payment in full required once a booking is confirmed and what forms of payment are accepted?V
We require a 50% deposit when a booking is confirmed, which can be paid by direct bank deposit. Our bus won’t be “held” without a deposit firstly being paid against your booking.
The balance of payment must be received 48 hours prior to the charter date.
Can a booking be changed or cancelled?V
We do understand unexpected things can arise, so where possible and if availability permits, general changes can be made up to 2 days before the charter date.
If you cancel your booking, we will only refund your 50% deposit if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the departure date. We will not refund the deposit if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours or less before the departure date.

Are there any late fees to be aware of or what if major delays occur during the trip?V
If a booking party or someone in your group is the cause of a lengthy delay and without a valid reason or explanation, extra waiting charges will be applicable.
Please ensure your group are fully aware of our Terms and Conditions regarding possible major delays and the outcomes or decisions of those delays when travelling with The Little Shuttle Bus.
Can your bus be hired out and driven by another person?V
No, we don’t hire our bus out for self-driving. We provide our own driver for your booking.
All prices quoted for the duration of your charter/booking includes the driver.
Is your bus airconditioned?V
Yes, it is airconditioned throughout the bus and can be adjusted accordingly to accommodate the comfort of our travelling guests.
Can children under the age of 18 hire your bus?V
Any child/children under the age of 18 will not be permitted to travel alone or with an underage group on our bus and therefore must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. This is for the safety of your child/children.
Can you collect members of a group from different addresses and then drop them off at the end of the charter?V
Yes, we can do pick-ups and drop-offs to different addresses for anyone in your group. We are happy to tailor each individual transfer to suit your group’s needs.
We’ll need details of all proposed pick-up and drop-off points when making your initial booking enquiry, so that we can plan and quote your costs accordingly, however we are mindful that things can change at the last minute and alternative destinations may need to be factored into your travel plans later on.
What is the policy regarding having food / beverages / alcohol / prohibited substances or dangerous weapons on board the bus?V
We DO allow packaged or wrapped snack food and bottled water on the bus, however no other beverages or food are acceptable. Please refrain from bringing any glass on the bus.
All rubbish must be removed by travelling guests upon departing the bus. Cleaning fees will otherwise apply and can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
The consumption of alcohol is NOT permitted on the bus. Prohibited substances of any sort nor smoking or vaping of any kind are NOT permitted on the bus.
Under NO circumstances do we allow any types of dangerous weapons on board the bus, including knives of any kind.

If a booking is a forward and return trip for the same group – can personal belongings be left on the bus?V
Please do not deliberately leave any belongings on the bus. Our driver could possibly have other groups to pick up or drop off before returning to collect you or your group. We cannot be responsible for your items when this occurs, so please remember to take them with you.
What happens if personal belongings are accidentally left on the bus?V
Should an item accidentally be left on our bus and happens to be found by our driver or a travelling guest contacts us about some lost property, we will do our best to ensure the property is returned to its rightful owner only after proof has been given to us detailing what the item is. Suitable arrangements will then be discussed in order to return your lost property to you.
We advise all our travelling guests to be responsible for their own items and to ensure they have all personal belongings before leaving their seats and alighting from the bus.
Please note that The Little Shuttle Bus cannot be held responsible for any personal loss or damage to guests’ belongings whilst travelling with us.
Is there storage available for strollers / prams / wheelchairs or walkers?V
We have limited space in the rear of the bus for a stroller or pram that must be easily foldable and easily stored.
We can take a foldable walker or wheelchair on the bus but ask you to keep in mind that we can only transport guests who are able to get on the bus with the assistance of another person. We can provide an additional step to help a person get on and off the bus, however our bus does not have wheelchair lifts or hoists.
Do you allow eskys, chairs, travel luggage or other items on the bus?V
We only have limited space in the rear of the bus for some items, which can include small to medium sized eskys, fold up chairs, picnic equipment and other small items.
Should you require larger items, such as large boxes, several suitcases, music equipment, surfboards or other heavier items then a trailer can be arranged at an additional fee.
Do you charge extra for the use of a luggage trailer if required?V
We do recommend hiring a trailer for airport transfers or overnight / weekend bookings for groups of 4 or more people who may travel with several items of luggage. There will be an additional charge to your booking for trailer hire.
In the case of carry-on luggage only, which includes backpacks, laptops or a small overnight bag that could sit on a seat alongside a travelling guest – we are happy to allow that without booking a trailer.
